MOHAMMAD AABID believes in helping its customers as far as possible,
and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order.
However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated
to vendors/merchants and the shipping process has been initiated.
MOHAMMAD AABID does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers,
eatables, etc. However, refund or replacement can be made if the customer establishes that
the quality of the delivered product is not satisfactory.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team.
The request will be entertained only after verification by the merchant.
This should be reported within 7 Days of receiving the product.
If the product received is not as shown on the website or does not meet expectations,
you must notify our Customer Service within 7 Days of delivery.
After reviewing your complaint, our team will take an appropriate decision.
For products covered under manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly.
If a refund is approved by MOHAMMAD AABID, it will be processed within
16–30 Days to the original payment method.
Important: Make sure to raise cancellation or refund requests within the specified
timeframes. Late requests may not be accepted.
